Whole Wheat Flour 50% (Gluten), Water, Margarine (Palm Oil (RBD, Hydrogenated), Natural Food Color (E160a), Emulsifier (E471), Acidity Regulator (E330), Preservative (E202)), Salt, Leavening Agent (E500), Preservative (E282).

Steps of cooking

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Remove Paratha from freezer. Don’t defrost it, gently remove plastic layer from both sides of Paratha.

2. Place it on a pre-heated non sticky frying pan for 2 minutes turning occasionally until golden brown on both sides.

3. Remove the Paratha from frying pan and serve hot immediately.

STORAGE INSTRUCTION:

Keep Frozen at -18°C
Do not refreeze after defrosting
