Shawarma Spices

Ingredients

Coriander, Cumin, Red Chilli, Salt, Garlic, Turmeric, Ginger, White Pepper, Black Pepper, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon, Dry Lemon, Black Cardamom, Clove.

Lemon Juice2 tbsp
Mehran Ginger Paste1 tsp
Mehran Garlic Paste1 tsp
Vinegar1 tbsp
Yogurt (Whipped)¼ cup
Olive Oil3 tbsp
Mehran Shawarma Spices5 tbsp / 50g

For Toppings

Pickled Cucumbers200g
Lettuce100g
Tomatoes (Diced)100g
Garlic Sauce /Mayonnaise3 tbsp
Pita Bread (Roasted)4 – 6 pcs

Step Of Cooking

  1. Marinate the chicken with all the above-mentioned ingredients and Mehran Shawarma Spices and leave it for 2 hours.

 

  1. Grill / stir fry the marinated chicken until it is cooked. Now add shredded meat and top with cucumber pickle, lettuce, diced tomatoes and garlic sauce into pita bread and apply thin layer of mayonnaise (Optional).

 

  1. Rill/wrap in napkin and serve.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with mustard sauce and ketchup.

Serving for 4 – 6 people. (5 tbsp / 50g).
