Serving Suggestion

“Serve with chapati, paratha, onion rings and Mehran Chutney/Sauce. Serving for 6 – 7 people. (1 packet 50g)”

Steps of cooking

  1. In a bowl add minced meat, onion, Mehran Garlic & Ginger Paste, lemon juice, green chilli, green coriander and Mehran Seekh Kabab Masala (If suet is not added in minced meat then add 1/4 cup butter/oil/ ghee) and grind all the ingredients once. Then knead well and keep aside for 2 – 3 hours.
  2. Make small meat balls with oily hands. Thread meat balls through skewer and attern the meat balls in a thin layer around each skewer.
  3. Grill Seekh Kababs on coal re/griller or in oven on low heat. Brush some butter/oil/ghee and rotate the skewer to heat evenly until Kababs become light brown.
