Steps of cooking
- In a bowl add minced meat, onion, Mehran Garlic & Ginger Paste, lemon juice, green chilli, green coriander and Mehran Seekh Kabab Masala (If suet is not added in minced meat then add 1/4 cup butter/oil/ ghee) and grind all the ingredients once. Then knead well and keep aside for 2 – 3 hours.
- Make small meat balls with oily hands. Thread meat balls through skewer and attern the meat balls in a thin layer around each skewer.
- Grill Seekh Kababs on coal fire/griller or in oven on low heat. Brush some butter/oil/ghee and rotate the skewer to heat evenly until Kababs become light brown.
