PHENI (Fried Vermicellies)
How to Prepare:
1.      Take 1 liter milk (Warm or Normal) and add sugar as required.
2.      Add One packet (150gms) Pheni in the milk and soak it properly.
3.      Keep Pheni for 20-30 minutes in milk before serving.
Necessary Instructions:
1.      Pheni must be stored in a cool and dry place and kept away from direct sunlight.
2.      Once opened, store in an air tight container and consume within 02 days.
Serving Suggestions:
.  One packet of Pheni (150gm) is sufficient for 5-6 people.
