Steps of cooking

- In a bowl, add 1 – 11/2 cup of lukewarm water, Mehran Pakora Mix, onion, green chilli and green coriander. Make smooth batter and keep it for 20 minutes.
- Drop a full spoon of batter one by one in hot oil and fry
until they become golden.
For vegetable and meat Pakora
- Dip sliced potato/sliced brinjal/onion rings/spinach leaves/ lled green chillies or boiled small chicken/mutton cubes in batter and fry until they become golden.
Serving Suggestion
“Sprinkle Mehran Chaat Masala. Serve with Mehran Chutney and Tomato Ketchup. Serving for 5 – 6 people. (1 packet 150g)”
