Mutton Stew Masala


“Salt, Red Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Cinnamon, Mango Powder, Big Cardamom, Turmeric, Acid (Citric Acid), Black Pepper, Clove, Bay Leaves, Green Cardamom, Fennel, Carom”

Serving Suggestion

“Garnish with green coriander, green chilli and ginger julienne. Serve with naan, chapati or plain boiled rice. Serving for 6 – 8 people. (1 packet 50g)”

Preparation Time

1 – 11/2 hour.

Steps of cooking

  1. Heat oil/ghee, add onions and fry until they become transparent. Take out half onion and keep aside.
  2. Now add meat and fry well for 5 – 6 minutes and add tomatoes, ginger, garlic, yogurt, red chilli and Mehran Mutton Stew Masala, fry for a few minutes. Then add 3 – 4 cups of water. Cover and cook on medium heat until meat becomes tender. Add remaining onions, cook for 15 minutes and remove.
