Meat Masala

Ingredients

Coriander, Salt, Red Chilli, Cumin, Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Big Cardamom, Black Pepper, Acid (Citric Acid)

STEPS OF COOKING

  1. Heat oil and fry onions on medium heat until they become brown.
  2. Add meat, Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste and Mehran Meat Masala. Stir fry for few minutes. Add tomato, fry for 1-2 minutes. Then add 4 cups of water.

Cover and cook on low heat until meat becomes tender.

  1. Increase heat, sauté further and cook until the oil separates from masala. For desired gravy, add appropriate amount of water, if necessary.

 

Serving Suggestion:

 

Garnish with ginger julienne.

Serve with naan, taftaan or sheermal.

Serving for 4 – 5 people.

 

Preparation Time:

1½ – 2 hours.
