Mango Jelly

Steps of cooking

  1. Boil 2 cups (400 ml) of water in a saucepan. Empty all the contents of the Mehran Mango Jelly packet into boiling water, stir till dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into a mould and allow to cool at room temperature and then put it in refrigerator for setting.
  3. Now separate jelly from sides of would using knife, gently shake and invert mould carefully over serving dish. Enjoy delicious jelly.

Serving Suggestion:

Serves 4.
