Khaleeji Biryani Spices

Ingredients

Ingredients: Salt, Yeast Extract, Cumin, Coriander, Garlic, Black Pepper, Onion, Mango Powder, Turmeric, Red Chilli, Clove, Ginger, Wheat Flour, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon, Parsley, Bay Leaves, Artificial Biryani Flavoring, Anti Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide).

Chicken (Boneless) 750g
Mehran Basmati Rice 750g (Washed and Soaked for 30 minutes)
Carrot (Chunks) 250g
Tomato (Paste) 50g
Olive Oil ½ cup / 100ml
Mehran Khaleeji Biryani Spices 5 tbsp / 50g

Steps Of Cooking

  1. In a nonstick pan, heat oil and sear chicken and carrot chunks until golden. Now add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Now add Mehran Khaleeji Biryani Spices, Mehran Basmati Rice and 8 cups of hot water. Gently stir on medium low flame.
  3. Cover and cook for 20 – 25 minutes until rice is tender and stock is absorbed. Serve hot.

Serving Suggestion:

Serve with salad and raita.

Serving for 5 – 6 people. (5 tbsp / 50g).
