Steps of cooking
- Recipe of Jelly: Boil 1 cup (200 ml) of water in a saucepan. Pour the Jelly Sachet into boiling water, stir till dissolved. Pour the mixture into a mould and allow it to cool at room temperature and then put it in refrigerator until rm.
- In a cooking pan, add 1 glass of water in one litre warm milk. Put the contents of Mehran Jelly Falooda Mix while stirring in boiling milk. Now cook for 15 minutes. Stir with interval. Keep in refrigerator for 2-3 hours to cool.
- Now pour it in glasses, top with jelly and single scoop of vanilla or strawberry ice cream. (pour crushed ice instead of ice cream as per liking)
Serving Suggestion
Decorate with almonds, pistachio, raisins & chocolate chip and
serve delicious jelly falooda mix.
Serving for 4 – 5 people. (1 packet).
