Steps of cooking

- In a bowl, add lemon juice/vinegar, garlic, 1 tbsp oil/ghee, gram our and Mehran Fish Fry Masala. Mix well and apply the mixture on fish and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil and fry fish on medium heat until it becomes brown from both sides.
* Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle Mehran Chaat Masala.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with fresh salad, Mehran Chutney/Sauce. Serving for 6 – 8 people. (1 packet 50g)
