Curry Powder Masala

Ingredients

Salt, Red Chilli, Coriander,Turmeric, Garlic, Ginger, Cumin, Mango Powder, Clove,Cinnamon, Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Fenugreek, Fennel, Carom, Bay Leaves, Mustard Seed, Black Pepper, Acid (Citric Acid).

STEPS OF COOKING

1.      In a pan, add 1½ cup of water, meat, onion, ginger, garlic and 1 tbsp of Mehran Salan Masala. Cover and cook on low heat for 40 minutes. Mix well with spoon.

2.      Now add tomatoes and cook until water evaporates. Then add oil, 2 tbsp of Mehran Salan Masala, potatoes and fry well until oil separates.

3.      Then add 1½ cup of water, cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Add green chilies and remove.

  • This recipe can be used for Bhindi Gosht, Arvi Gosht, Gobhi Gosht and lots of others.
