STEPS OF COOKING
- Take a bowl add chicken, lemon juice, olive oil, Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste and 5 tbsp of Mehran Chicken Seasoning. Mix well and let it marinate for 2-3 hours.
- Now Grease baking tray with butter. Add mix vegetables and sprinkle remaining 1 tbsp of Mehran Chicken Seasoning Mix over it.
- Now add broth into tray of vegetable then put grill rack over it. Put the chicken on grill, cover it with foil wrap and grill chicken until tender and broth dried.
- Separately in a deep pan heat oil, sauté onion and garlic. Add remaining 1 tbsp of Mehran Chicken Seasoning, 10- 12 dry fruits in it and fry for 1 minute. Now add soaked rice and 3-4 cups of water with 1- ½ tbsp of Mehran Salt. Stir well and cook until rice is done.
In a big serving tray spread the prepared rice and keep the roasted chicken over with the sides of cooked vegetables.
Serve with tomato mint sauce.
