Steps of cooking
- Grind green coriander, mint and green chillies with 1/4 cup of water and 1 tbsp lemon juice, keep aside.
- Heat oil/ghee, add onion and fry until it becomes translucent. Add Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste, chicken and fry for 3 – 4 minutes. Now add Mehran Chicken Hara Masala and fry for a minute. Then add yogurt, mix well, cover and cook on medium heat until meat become tender.
- When oil comes on top add green masala paste, cook for 5 – 6 minutes, add lemon juice. Keep the gravy as required and remove.
