Serving Suggestion

“Garnish with green chilli, green coriander & ginger julienne serve with naan, chapatti or plain boiled rice. Serving for 6 – 7 people. (1 packet 50g)”

Preparation Time

50 minutes.

Steps of cooking

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste and Mehran Chicken Handi Masala for 30 minutes.
  2. Boil tomatoes & onion with 1 cup of water. Sieve tomatoes, remove skin and seeds, keep tomato puree. Grind onion and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil/ghee and fry marinated chicken for a few minutes
  4. Add tomato puree, ground onion and cook on medium heat until chicken has cooked, add chopped green chilli.
  5. Add butter and cream, mix well. Then cook for a minute and remove.
