Serving Suggestion

“Serve with Mehran Chutney/Sauce, raita, onion rings, chapati or paratha. Serving for 6 – 7 people. (1 packet 50g)”

Preparation Time

1 hour for chicken, 41/2 – 5 hours for beef/mutton.

Steps of cooking

  1. In a bowl, add meat llet/pasanda, papaya, yogurt, fried onion, raw grounded onion, Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste, Mehran Bihari Kabab Masala and 2 tbsp oil, mix well and let it marinate for 3 – 4 hours.
  2. Now skew the llet/pasanda on skewer and grill on gas re, coal or griller on low heat, brush the oil/ghee on all the sides and rotate the skewers to grill evenly, until meat is tender and become light golden
