  1. In a bowl add chicken, Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste, salt, black pepper, yogurt, olive oil, corn flour, lemon juice and Mehran BBQ Spices Mix and apply to the meat. Keep aside and let it marinate for 4-5 hours.
  2. Now thread chicken cubes and mix vegetables one by one on skewer and grill until meat becomes tender and give smoke.
  3. Brush the meat periodically with oil/butter and turn the skewer to heat evenly until they become golden brown.

Or bake in oven for 325 minutes on 180 c until meat becomes tender



Serve with sauté vegetables, fries or ketchup.
