STEPS OF COOKING
- In a bowl add minced meat, onion, Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste, Green chili, Coriander, bell pepper, salt, black pepper, olive oil and Mehran Arabian Spices Mix and grind it for 1 minute. Then knead well and keep aside for 2-3 hours.
- Make small meat balls with oily hands, then thread the meat balls through skewer and flatten the meat balls in thin layer around the skewer.
- Grill/ barbeque on low heat of coal/ grill; periodically turn skewer until the kebabs are golden brown.
Serve with tomato mint sauce, kachumber salad , bread or naan.
