Curry Masala Export

Ingredient

Salt, Red Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Ginger, Garlic, Mango Powder, Onion, Mustard, Fenugreek, Acid (Citric Acid), Black Pepper, Clove, Big Cardamom, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Bay Leaves

Serving Suggestion

"Garnish with green coriander. Serve with lemon juice plain boiled rice, chapati or naan. Serving for 6 - 7 people. (1 packet 50g)"

Preparation Time

50 minutes for chicken, 11/2 - 2 hours for beef/mutton.

Steps of cooking

  1. In a pan, add 1½ cup of water, meat, onion, ginger, garlic and 1 tbsp of Mehran Salan Masala. Cover and cook on low heat for 40 minutes. Mix well with spoon.
  1. Now add tomatoes and cook until water evaporates. Then add oil, 2 tbsp of Mehran Salan Masala, potatoes and fry well until oil separates.
  1. Then add 1½ cup of water, cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Add green chillies and remove.
  • This recipe can be used for Bhindi Gosht, Arvi Gosht, Gobhi Gosht and lots of others.

Meat (beef/mutton/chicken)  ½  kg
Potato (peeled and quartered) 2 pcs
Onion (sliced) 2 pcs (medium)
Tomato (peeled and finely chopped) 2 pcs (medium)
Ginger 1 tbsp (chopped)
Garlic 4 – 5 cloves
Green Chillies 4 – 5 pcs (coarsely chopped)
Oil ½  cup/90 ml
