Steps of cooking
- Heat oil/ghee, fry onions until they become golden. Take out onions, crush and keep aside.
- In a bowl add minced meat, papaya, Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste, fried onions, yogurt, 2 tbsp oil and Mehran Dum Ka Qeema Masala. Mix well and let it marinate for 1 – 2 hours.
- In the same oil/ghee add marinated minced meat, mix well and cook on medium heat for 30 – 40 minutes until water dries and minced meat is cooked. Remove from heat.
- Burn a small piece of coal and place on a piece of foil in
the pan, spread 1 tsp oil on the coal, cover and keep for 10 minutes. Mix and serve. (Ensure the coal does not mix with the ingredients).
