Steps of cooking

- Heat oil/ghee, fry onions and garlic in oil/ghee until it becomes transparent. Add tomatoes and cook until it becomes tender. Add Mehran Vegetable Masala and mix vegetables, fry well for 2 – 3 minutes. Add half cup of water, cover and cook until vegetables are cooked.
- Now add green chillies and cook on low heat further for 5 minutes. Add green coriander and remove.
For Best Results
- Heat 1 tbsp oil/ghee, add whole red chillies and curry leaves. Fry for 1 – 2 minutes and pour on vegetables.
