Steps of cooking
- In a bowl, add 1-11/2 cup of lukewarm water, Mehran Dahi Bara Mix. Make smooth batter and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil/ghee, drop a full tbsp of batter one by one and fry until they become golden. Remove from oil and allow cooling for 4 – 5 minutes. Now soak in lukewarm water for 5 minutes and then press or squeeze out excess water and keep aside.
- In a dish spread some yogurt then layer of Bara’s then Yogurt.
Serving Suggestion
“Sprinkle Mehran Chaat Masala. Serve with green chutney and papri. Serving for 5 – 6 people. (1 packet 150g)”
