Steps of cooking
- Heat oil/ghee, add onions and fry until they become transparent. Take out half onion and keep aside.
- Now add meat and fry well for 5 – 6 minutes and add tomatoes, ginger, garlic, yogurt, red chilli and Mehran Mutton Stew Masala, fry for a few minutes. Then add 3 – 4 cups of water. Cover and cook on medium heat until meat becomes tender. Add remaining onions, cook for 15 minutes and remove.
