Steps of cooking
- Marinate meat with Mehran Ginger Paste, Mehran Balti Ghost Masala, yogurt and lemon juice for 1/2 hour.
- Heat the oil, add one small cubed onion and crushed garlic, sauté for 2 – 3 minutes then add tomato puree and fry.
- Now add the marinated meat, fry for a few minutes, cover and cook until the meat is tender (in beef & mutton, add 2 – 3 glasses of water).
- When oil separates, add remaining cubed onion, cubed tomatoes, green chilli, lemon juice and cook for a few minutes, add fresh cream, mix well and remove.
