Steps of cooking
- In a bowl, add Mehran Tikka Boti Masala, Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste, lemon juice and apply to the meat. Keep aside and let it marinate for 4 – 5 hours.
- Place the meat on the skewer on low ame of coal re/gas stove or in the oven. Grill the meat until it becomes tender and evenly brown/cooked all over.
- Brush the meat periodically with butter/oil and turn the skewers to heat evenly until they become golden brown.
*The same recipe can be used to be prepare mutton, sh or prawn dishes.
