Tandoori Fried Chops Masala
“Salt, Red Chilli, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Papaya, Black Pepper, Mango Powder, Fennel, Acid (Citric Acid), Big Cardamom, Carom, Coriander, Clove, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon”
“Serve with fresh salad, Mehran Chutney & Ketchup. Serving for 5 – 6 people. (1 packet 50g)”

Steps of cooking
- In a bowl mix Mehran Tandoori Fried Chops Masala with lemon juice & Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste. Apply on chops/steaks and keep aside. Marinate for 11/2 – 2 hours.
- Heat the oil/ghee, add chops/steaks and fry on medium heat for 4 – 5 minutes. Cover and cook on very low heat until meat becomes tender.
- Preheat oven to 180oC, place the mutton chops in a tray. Apply oil/ghee on each side. Grill for 1 hour, until meat becomes tender.
