Steps of cooking
- Mix together yogurt, oil, Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste and Mehran Special Kaleji Masala in a bowl. Now add liver pieces, toss to coat it and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- AHeat oil/ghee, add marinated liver pieces and fry for 10 minutes. Cover and cook on low ame for 10 – 15 minutes until liver becomes tender. Add green chillies and remove.
- Heat oil/ghee, add Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste, liver pieces and fry for 5 minutes. Take out liver pieces and keep aside.
- In the same oil/ghee, add tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Now add Mehran Special Kaleji Masala and fry for 3 minutes. Then add fried liver pieces, green chillies and cover and cook on medium ame
for 15 minutes.
