Steps of cooking
- In a pan, add 4 – 5 cups of water, lentils, onions, tomatoes and 2 tbsp Mehran Shahi Daal Masala. Cover and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat until lentils become tender and smooth.
- Heat oil/Ghee, add garlic, green chilli, whole red chilli, curry leaves, 3 tbsp Mehran Shahi Daal Masala and give Baghar/Tarka on Daal. Cook for ve minutes on low ame and remove.
