“Salt, Red Chilli, Cumin, Turmeric, Garlic, Ginger, Mango Powder, Onion, Fenugreek, Carom, Black Pepper, Acid (Citric Acid)”

Serving Suggestion

“Serve with salad, Mehran Pickle and chapati or plain rice. Garnish with green coriander and green chilli. Serving for 6 – 7 people. (1 packet 50g)”

Preparation Time

50 minutes.

Steps of cooking

  1. In a pan, add 4 – 5 cups of water, lentils, onions, tomatoes and 2 tbsp Mehran Shahi Daal Masala. Cover and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat until lentils become tender and smooth.
  2. Heat oil/Ghee, add garlic, green chilli, whole red chilli, curry leaves, 3 tbsp Mehran Shahi Daal Masala and give Baghar/Tarka on Daal. Cook for ve minutes on low ame and remove.
