Serving Suggestion

“Serve with salad and Naan or Roti.
Garnish with green coriander and sprinkle
Mehran Garam Masala.
Serving for 5 – 6 people”

Preparation Time

35 minutes for chicken, 1 – 1½ hours for beef/mutton.

Steps of cooking

  1. In a pan, add 1½ cup of water, meat, onion, ginger, garlic and 1 tbsp of Mehran Salan Masala. Cover and cook on low heat for 40 minutes. Mix well with spoon.
  2. Now add tomatoes and cook until water evaporates. Then add oil/ghee, 2 tbsp of
    Mehran Salan Masala, potatoes and fry well until oil
