Steps of cooking
- Boil chopped spinach for 5 minutes, grind coarsely and keep aside.
- Heat oil/ghee, fry onions until they turn light golden. Then add meat, Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste, fry well for 5 minutes. Now add tomatoes and Mehran Palak Gosht Masala, fry for further 2 – 3 minutes. Then add 1 cup of water, cover and cook on low heat until meat becomes tender. (For Beef/Mutton add 4 – 5 cups of water).
- Add yogurt, fry well until oil separates. Then add spinach, fenugreek leaves and green chilli. Cover and cook for 10 – 15 minutes on low heat. Now add milk, mix well and cook for 2 – 3 minutes then remove.
