Steps of cooking
- Heat oil/ghee, fry onions until they turn transparent. Take out onion, grind coarsely and keep aside.
- In the same oil add curry leaves, ground onion, Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste, fry for 2 – 3 minutes. Now add meat, tomatoes, yogurt and Mehran Madras Curry Masala, fry further for 3 – 4 minutes and add water (for chicken 1 cup and for beef/mutton 3 – 4 cups).
- Cover and cook on medium heat until meat becomes tender. Add tamarind pulp and cook for a few minutes, if required add water for gravy. Then add coconut milk and mix well. Now add green chilli and cook for a minute, at the end add vinegar and remove
