Serving Suggestion

“Sprinkle Mehran Chaat Masala and lemon juice. Serve with Mehran Ketchup, Chutney and fresh salad. Serving for 5 – 6 people. (1 packet 50g)”

Preparation Time

5 – 6 hours

Steps of cooking

  1. Mix Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste, lemon juice and Mehran Lahori Chargha Masala and apply evenly on the chicken.
  2. Allow it to marinate for 4 hours, steam the chicken until it becomes tender.
  3. To steam: In a deep pot place a sieve. Pour one cup of water. Place the chicken on the sieve. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 – 30 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
  4. In a seperate deep pan, heat the oil/ghee and fry the chicken in it until it becomes golden brown.
  5. * The same recipe can be used for beef and mutton as well.
