Steps of cooking
- Blanch Kidney, heart, brain and chops in boiling water for 3 minutes, then remove and cut in small pieces.
- In a pot, add already cut pieces of kidneys, heart, chops,
ginger, garlic and Mehran Katakat Masala with half cup of water. Cover and cook for 5 – 10 minutes at low ame. - Now add oil/ghee/butter, onion, tomato, yogurt, green chillies, green coriander and brain. Fry for 10 minutes on high ame. Remove when oil separates.
