Kabsa Masala

Salt, Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Ginger, Garlic, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Fennel, Clove, Dry Lemon, Acid (Citric Acid)

STEPS OF COOKING

  1. Heat Oil and fry onions until they become golden.
  2. Add Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste, meat tomato puree, Mehran Saudi Kabsa Spices and sauté for 5-10 minutes. Add water (3 cups), cover and cookfor 15-290 minutes until chicken becomes tender and set aside.
  3. Now soaked rice in the same pan and cook for another 5 minutes on high flame then cover and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat until it is completely cooked. Add chicken and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Garnish with roasted almonds, raisins and carrots.

SERVING SUGGESTION

Serve with hot sauce “shattah”.
