STEPS OF COOKING
- Take Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste, Mehran Turmeric Powder and Mix together.
- Apply the mixture on fish and let it marinate for 1 hour.
- Heat oil and fry fish on low heat until it becomes tender and keep aside. In a separate pan, heat oil (1 cup) and add diced tomatoes, sliced onions, Meharn Fish Masala and fry.
- Add water (1/2 cup) and cook for 10 minutes then add Mehran Tamarind Sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Now add fried fish, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
