“Serve with fresh salad, Mehran Chutney/Sauce. Serving for 6 – 8 people. (1 packet 50g)”

Preparation Time

45 minutes.

Steps of cooking

    1. In a bowl, add lemon juice/vinegar, garlic, 1 tbsp oil/ghee, gram our and Mehran Fish Fry Masala. Mix well and apply the mixture on sh and marinate for 30 minutes.
    2. Heat oil and fry sh on medium heat until it becomes brown from both sides.

* Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle Mehran Chaat Masala.
