STEPS OF COOKING
1. In a pan, add 1½ cup of water, meat, onion, ginger, garlic and 1 tbsp of Mehran Salan Masala. Cover and cook on low heat for 40 minutes. Mix well with spoon.
2. Now add tomatoes and cook until water evaporates. Then add oil, 2 tbsp of Mehran Salan Masala, potatoes and fry well until oil separates.
3. Then add 1½ cup of water, cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Add green chilies and remove.
- This recipe can be used for Bhindi Gosht, Arvi Gosht, Gobhi Gosht and lots of others.
