Steps of cooking
- Heat oil/ghee, fry onions until they become light golden. Take out onions, grind with yogurt and keep aside.
- In the same oil/ghee, add meat, Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste and fry. Add chopped green chilli, grinded onion, yogurt mixture and Mehran White Qorma Masala. Mix well, cover and cook on medium heat until meat becomes tender and oil separates.
- Add almond paste and milk, mix well and cook. Add required water for gravy and cook for a few minutes, at the end add lemon juice and remove.
