Chicken White Qorma 45g

Ingredient

"Salt, Coriander, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Mango Powder, Black Pepper, Red Chilli, White Pepper, Cinnamon, Clove, Green Cardamom, Big Cardamom, Bay Leaves, Acid (Citric Acid), Caraway, Turmeric, Arti cial Screw Pine Flavouring, Anti Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide)"

Serving Suggestion

"Garnish with almonds and ginger julienne. Serve with naan, taftaan or plain boiled rice. Serving for 6 - 8 people. (1 packet 45g)"

Preparation Time

50 minutes.

Steps of cooking

  1. Heat oil/ghee, fry onions until they become light golden. Take out onions, grind with yogurt and keep aside.
  2. In the same oil/ghee, add meat, Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste and fry. Add chopped green chilli, grinded onion, yogurt mixture and Mehran White Qorma Masala. Mix well, cover and cook on medium heat until meat becomes tender and oil separates.
  3. Add almond paste and milk, mix well and cook. Add required water for gravy and cook for a few minutes, at the end add lemon juice and remove.
