Steps of cooking
- Marinate chicken with yogurt, Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste, nely chopped green chilli, lemon juice and Mehran Chicken White Karahi Masala. Mix well and keep aside for 25 – 30 minutes.
- Heat oil/ghee, fry onion for a minute then add the marinated chicken. Fry for 3 – 4 minutes and add 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 – 15 minutes.
- When meat becomes tender and oil separates add whole green chilli, ginger julienne and fresh cream. Mix well and cook on low heat for 2 – 3 minutes then add green coriander and remove. Add more lemon juice (if required).
