Steps of cooking
- Dissolve Mehran Chicken Jalfrezi Masala in half a cup of water and dip the chicken cubes in the mixture, toss for coating and let it marinate for 35 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of water in a pan and boil tomatoes until they become soft. Strain to take out seeds and skin. Make puree and keep it aside.
- Heat oil/ghee, add marinated chicken and fry well for 5 – 7 minutes. Then add tomato puree and cook on low ame for 12 – 15 minutes until meat becomes tender.
- Add green chili, capsicum, onions, lemon juice, cook for 2 – 3 minutes and remove.
