Preparation Time

3 hours.

Steps of cooking

  1. Grind green coriander, green chillies, mint with 2 – 3 tbsp of water and1 tbsp lemon juice, keep aside.
  2. n a bowl, add grinded green masala, Mehran Garlic Paste, Mehran Chicken Hara Tikka Masala, yogurt and lemon juice, mix well and rub on chicken thoroughly and in cuts. Marinate for 11/2 – 2 hours.
  3. Thread on skewer and grill on coal/griller or oven, basting with oil/ghee. Keep changing sides till meat becomes tender.
