“Salt, Red Chilli, Coriander, White Pepper, Ginger, Garlic, Cumin, Onion, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Caraway, Acid (Citric Acid), Carom, Corn Flour, Bay Leaves, Big Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Mango Powder, Fennel”

Serving Suggestion

“Garnish with ginger julienne and serve with naan, chapati or paratha. Serving for 6 – 7 people. (1 packet 50g)”

Preparation Time

45 minutes.

Steps of cooking

  1. Grind green coriander, mint and green chillies with 1/4 cup of water and 1 tbsp lemon juice, keep aside.
  2. Heat oil/ghee, add onion and fry until it becomes translucent. Add Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste, chicken and fry for 3 – 4 minutes. Now add Mehran Chicken Hara Masala and fry for a minute. Then add yogurt, mix well, cover and cook on medium heat until meat become tender.
  3. When oil comes on top add green masala paste, cook for 5 – 6 minutes, add lemon juice. Keep the gravy as required and remove.
