Steps of cooking
- Marinate chicken with Mehran Chicken Ginger Masala, Mehran Ginger Paste, yogurt and vinegar. Mix well and keep aside for 20 – 25 minutes.
- Heat oil, fry onion until it becomes transparent, add tomatoes and fry well. Now add chicken and fry for 2 – 3 minutes, then add 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook on medium heat until meat becomes tender.
- Then add ginger julienne, green chilli and butter, cook further for a minute and remove.
