Chicken Ginger Masala


“Red Chilli, Salt, Ginger, Cumin, Garlic, Coriander, Turmeric, Onion, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Acid (Citric Acid), Carom, Cinnamon, Clove, Bay Leaves, Big Cardamom, Green Cardam”

Serving Suggestion

“Garnish with green chilli, green coriander and ginger julienne. Serve with plain boiled rice, naan or chapati. Serving for 6 – 8 people. (1 packet 50g)”

Preparation Time

50 minutes.

Steps of cooking

  1. Marinate chicken with Mehran Chicken Ginger Masala, Mehran Ginger Paste, yogurt and vinegar. Mix well and keep aside for 20 – 25 minutes.
  2. Heat oil, fry onion until it becomes transparent, add tomatoes and fry well. Now add chicken and fry for 2 – 3 minutes, then add 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook on medium heat until meat becomes tender.
  3. Then add ginger julienne, green chilli and butter, cook further for a minute and remove.
