Steps of cooking
- In a bowl, add meat llet/pasanda, papaya, yogurt, fried onion, raw grounded onion, Mehran Ginger & Garlic Paste, Mehran Bihari Kabab Masala and 2 tbsp oil, mix well and let it marinate for 3 – 4 hours.
- Now skew the llet/pasanda on skewer and grill on gas re, coal or griller on low heat, brush the oil/ghee on all the sides and rotate the skewers to grill evenly, until meat is tender and become light golden
