Serving Suggestion

“Garnish with green coriander and ginger julienne serve with plain boiled rice, naan or chapati. Serving for 6 – 8 people. (1 packet 50g)”

Preparation Time

55 minutes.

Steps of cooking

  1. Marinate meat with Mehran Ginger Paste, Mehran Balti Ghost Masala, yogurt and lemon juice for 1/2 hour.
  2. Heat the oil, add one small cubed onion and crushed garlic, sauté for 2 – 3 minutes then add tomato puree and fry.
  3. Now add the marinated meat, fry for a few minutes, cover and cook until the meat is tender (in beef & mutton, add 2 – 3 glasses of water).
  4. When oil separates, add remaining cubed onion, cubed tomatoes, green chilli, lemon juice and cook for a few minutes, add fresh cream, mix well and remove.
