Steps of Cooking
1. In a pan, add 1½ cup of water, meat, onion, ginger, garlic and 1 tbsp of Mehran Curry Powder. Cover and cook on low heat for 40 minutes. Mix well with spoon.
2. Now add tomatoes and cook until water evaporates. Then add oil, 2 tbsp of Mehran Curry Powder, potatoes and fry well until oil separates.
3. Then add 1½ cup of water, cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Add green chillies and remove.
4. Mehran Curry Powder can be used for all kinds of vegetables, lentils, meat, chicken and fish according to your taste.
Serving Suggestion:
Garnish with green coriander and sprinkle Mehran Garam Masala Powder.
Serve with salad and naan or roti.
Serving for 5 – 6 people.
Preparation time:
35 minutes for chicken, 1 – 1½ hour for beef/mutton.
