Steps of Cooking
Chicken (with or without skin)
1 - 1 1/2kg - 6-8 pieces
1 tea spoon
Lemon juice or vinegar
3-4 table spoon
Mehran Chicken Broast
Marinate chicken pieces with lemon juice/vinegar, garlic and water for 30 minutes. Then boil chicken for 10 minutes and keep aside to cool.
Now dip each piece in whipped egg, then coat with Mehran Chicken Broast Mix and keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes to cool, then again dip in egg and again coat with Mehran Chicken Broast Mix.
Now heat oil, fry chicken on medium heat till crust become golden and crisp then take out. Or make a thick batter with Mehran Chicken Broast Mix, chilled water and egg. Dip chicken and fry till they turn golden and crisp.
Serve with Tomato ketchup and potato fries.
Serve for 5-6 persons.
