1/2 - 1 Cup / 90g - 175g
Yogurt (whipped)
1/2 - 1 Cup / 150g - 225g
Mehra Tikka/Boti Masala

MIx mehran tikka boti recipe mix with ginger, garlic, yogurt and apply to the meat. Marinate for 3 hours.

Heat oil/butter in a pan, add marinated meat. Cook on low flame till meat becomes tender and dry.

Cooking Suggestion:

Serve hot Tikka/Boti with Mehran Chutney and fresh salad. The same recipe can be used to prepare meat, chikcen, fish or prawn dishes. Serve for 6-8 persons.
